FRESH
All our tea are cleaned, processed and packed within few days after teas arrived at our production plant. We use nitrogen filled foil bag to prevent oxidation and ensure the freshness of our teas. Other than foil bags, we also provide an option of metal tins with air-tight lids. We try every effort to ensure the highest level of freshness.
EXOTIC
Tea blending is one of our well-known specialties. Our tea consultants work and create many unique blends using our high quality teas that will ¿wow¿ our customers by smelling and tasting, or simply by looking at them. Some of our special blends of teas are not just great in taste but providing health benefits at the same time.
TLC
We carefully select our teas as well as the tea growing regions. Our growers take care of the teas with full of love and eventually provide us with the highest quality of teas. We only source the teas from the trusted growing plantations.
ORGANIC
Only 100% USDA certified organic or EU certified organic teas will be given the name of "Organic". This is to ensure our customers receive the pure organic teas. Tea Au Lait, from time to time, will increase the number of organic products to provide customers more organic choices.
SAMPLES
Tea sampling is designed to get customer advise, feedback and opinions about our teas. All teas at www.teaaulait.net are available for tasting. You may include the sample request at your online order, or for wholesale customers, we may set up a tasting event to try out our delicious teas.
