How do I return/ cancel/ exchange an order?
We stand behind our products.
At TeasNetwork.com, we want you to be completely happy with anything you buy from us. We even let you think about it for up to 18 days. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied, just follow our simple return policy to get a refund or exchange. We will gladly refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. And of course, this guarantee covers the teas as well. If you do not like the flavor of a particular tea, you may return the unopened bag for a refund if yu purchase more than one package. Please be kind though: since teas are considered as consumable items; unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges of any opened package. We encourage our customers to try our samples first before committing to ordering a large quantity. If you need to return/ exchange items given to you as gifts, product must be in original condition and can only be returned for exchange only. Please note, if an item is customized per customer's request, no return will be acceptable unless otherwise specified.
Orders that are damaged by improper handling of product by customer may NOT be refunded or exchanged. Please include its proper documentation and return in its original box for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable).
To return an item within 14 days of purchase, simply complete the return form inside your package and wrap the package securely, and send it back to us. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post with tracking references. If you do not have your invoice copy, please indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper.

Change Order and Cancellation
All orders are final and will be processed once you have clicked on the "Submit" icon in checkout. We will e-mail you the invoice within 24 hours after you have placed an order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Please don't wait for the confirmation e-mail.
